The source of most of our daily products is commonly overlooked. This draws the question, if you knew where your favorite shirt came from would you still have bought it?
We believe Sustainability should be built into the core of any acceptable brand especially a newly emerging one. This is why it has become one of our top priorities to be aware of where our products are sourced and the processes in which they are made in order to help to create a brighter future for both our customers and our partners.
First off we believe sweatshops and child labor are inhumane and allow the gap in wealth to widen its divide. Take a look at this horrific image seen below of a sweatshop in Bangladesh that is indulging in child labor and cramped, unsafe working conditions.

Due to the heavy work loads at many factories like this one, children are forced to eat sleep and shower within these unsanitary factories. With inadequate health care, and a access to a proper education these children are being robbed of their innocence and seemingly destined to never be able to achieve anything more. How can we as a society stand by and allow our products to be manufactured in such a way knowing the detrimental effects they cause?

This Is Why We Vow To Remain Sweatshop Free
We source our products from partners who provide a safe and stimulating workplace for over 48,000 people around the world where no child labor is accepted. One of our goals is to always provide a positive work environment for everyone involved in the production of our creations.
All production employees at these facilities earn significantly more than the legally-mandated minimum industry wages in all the countries where they operate. We make sure those who work for our partners receive valuable competitive benefits such as 24-hour access to onsite medical clinics, free transportation to and from work, subsidized meals, and access to financial aid programs. These incentives have had a direct and positive impact on the quality of life of our employees, their families and their communities. We believe setting these standards for our partners will allow for more growth within those communities by providing parents with decent working conditions and wages in order to send their children off to acquire a proper education so that they can have better opportunities in their future.
In the coming years, we will continue to develop partnerships that will build on our existing employee relations practices and ensure that our health and safety practices are among the best in the apparel industry. We will continue to strengthen our training and development programs with the objective of creating an increased number of advancement opportunities for our partners and our own employees.
